Anything on your credit report can be challenged if it's inaccurate, incomplete, or not being reported correctly. Whether it's collections, charge-offs, repossessions, late payments, bankruptcies, or other negative accounts, nothing is off limits.
Is credit monitoring included in the monthly price?
No. Credit monitoring is required for all three Signature Credit Plans and is $39.99/month and billed separately.
Active credit monitoring is required so your credit information can be reviewed and progress can be monitored throughout the process.
What is the $50 Express Upgrade?
The Express Upgrade is an optional $50 add on that moves your credit file to the front of our processing queue, so we can begin preparing your disputes sooner. Credit bureau response times remain the same.
How soon will you start working on my credit?
Your process can begin once your enrollment, onboarding information, and required credit monitoring setup are complete.
